The Algerian Company of Electricity and Gas - Production of Electricity issues a national and international open invitation to tender:

Supervision of :

a General Overhaul (RG) at 100 KEOH TG n° 02, with the upgrading of the turbocharger rotor of the group type V94.3A4.

a General Overhaul (RG) Alternator type WY23Z-109 For the group N°2 of 215 MW of the M’sila unit

Against presentation of proof of payment by bank transfer of the sum 6,000.00 DZD to account no. 001 00901 0300 300 132/60 opened with the National Bank of Algeria, located at the administrative city of M'SILA.

Tenderers must submit, in a single step, at the same time, established separately, a technical offer, without any reference to the price, and a financial one containing a price proposal, accompanied by each of the regulatory documents listed in the specifications.

The technical offers as well as the financial ones, drawn up separately, must be submitted immediately, in a double envelope placed in a single sealed envelope to the address indicated above on February 10^th, 2025. The opening of the bids is public and will take place the same day at 10:30 a.m. (GMT+1).

The inner envelopes of the envelopes containing the technical and financial offers must be anonymous without heading or acronym and must only bear the following mention:

All offers must be accompanied on the deadline for offers’ submission by a submission bail established in the name of the Algerian Company of Electricity and Gas - Electricity Production, Regional Directorate Annaba Production, M'sila Production Unit, amounting to:

42.000.00 EUROS for foreign tenderers.

6.200.000.00 Algerian Dinars for tenderers under Algerian law

Issued by any bank legally domiciled in Algeria.

Tenderers will remain committed to their offers for a period of 180 days as of the deadline for the offers’ submission.
