In according with dispositions of article 46 of law nº 12-23 of August 5,2025 establishing the general
rules relating to public contracts and articles 65 and 82, of presidential decree nº 15-247 dated on
September the 16th 2015, bearing regulation of public projects and public service delegation, the
participating tenderers in the allocation notice of national and international open with minimum capacities
requirement call of tender nº 03/2025 about; Purchase of five (05) buoys and their accessories.
Issued in daily news papers, on october 14 th, 2025 in "Le soir d'algérie" and "yall" as well as the BOMOP
nº 1989.
At the end of offers valuation the deal is temporary allocated to the French company "Gisman".

The tenderers wishing to become acquainted with the detailed results of the evaluation of their tenders
may come closer to National Department Of Maritime Signaling, within tree (03) days starting from the first
day of publication of the present notice.
All tenderers whom contest this choice can present their recourse within ten (10) days starting from the
first day of publication of the present notice on press or BOMOP, at the committee of markets of the
public's works and basic infrastructures ministry, if the tenth of the day coincide a week and or holiday, it
will be postponed until the next working day at the same time.
