expansion in Ain Kercha municipality, AS Published in the written press( in Arabic in echaab on :30/12/2025 and in French in La Nouvelle
République on :31/12/2025) as well as in the electronic press(in Arabic in TSA on :28/12/2025( first publication) in English in DzWatch
as :28/12/2025) and in official bulletin of public operator markets Week of September 04 to10 January 2026 and on the electronic public
procurement portal , and after opening the folds the :06/01/2026 and evaluation and analysis of bids the:20/01/2026, And also continuing the
