NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL TENDER NOTICE

FOR THE ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance) LEASE OF ONE (01) HELICOPTER FOR LIVE LINE INSULATOR CLEANING OF HIGH AND EXTRA-HIGH VOLTAGE ELECTRICAL LINES (HV AND EHV)

Tassili Travail Aérien Spa (TTA Spa) informs interested bidders that the national and international tender No. 007-DBD-TTA-2025 concerns:

ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Insurance, and Maintenance) leasing of a helicopter specialized in live line washing of tempered glass insulators on high and extra-high voltage (HV and EHV) power lines. The contract duration is three (03) years, covering campaigns in 2026, 2027, and 2028, with each campaign lasting four (04) months.

Published in BAOSEM No. 2458 dated 14/12/2025, it was announced that the deadline for submitting bids has been amended.

As a result, the initial deadline for bid submission, set for December 28, 2025, has been extended to January 15, 2026, at 1:30 PM.

The opening of bids is scheduled on the same day at 2:00 PM, at the following address:
