ACQUISITIN DE VINGT (20) CITERNES DE TRANSPORT D'EAU ET VIGNT (20) CITERNE DE TRANSPORT D'ACID En deux (02) Lots distincts

Paru dans le BAOSEM N° 2318 du 05/11/2024 a été attribué provisoirement aux soumissionnaires :

• Pour lot N°01 TWENTY (20) WATER TRANSPORT TANKS OF 30M3: JEREH PETROLEUM EQUIPMEYNT AND TECHNOLOGIES avec un montant de 1 556,245.00 USD
• Pour lot N° 02 TWENTY (20) ACID TRANSPORT TANKS FIFTEEN (15)OF 27 M3 AND FIVE (05)OF 20 M3  : JEREH PETROLEUM EQUIPMENT AND TECHNOLOGIES avec un montant de 2 756 166,00 USD

Tout soumissionnaire contestant cette attribution provisoire, peut introduire un recours adressé au Président de la Commission de contrôle de conformité de l’Entreprise, déposé contre accusé de réception, au niveau du Département de Passation des Contrats, sise à la Direction Générale d’ALSCiF , Hassi Messaoud, Oued Irara, et ce au plus tard dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrable, à compter de la date de parution de présent avis dans le BAOSEM.

Passé ce délai, aucun recours ne sera recevable.

La Société Algérienne de Stimulation, Cimentation et Fracturation de Puits Pétroliers ALSCiF based in Oued Irara, BP 208, Hassi-Messaoud, Ouargla, Algeria, informs all Bidders who participated in the Competitive national and international tender N° 04-O/ALSCiF/DG/2024 concerning:

ACQUISION OF TWENTY (20) WATER TRANSPORT TANKS AND TWANTY (20) ACIDE TRANSPORT TANKS IN two batch separated parts

appeared in the BAOSEM N°2318 of 05/11/2024, that the tender has been Temporarily awarded to the flowing Bidders :

• For 01st batch :JEREH PETROLEUM EQUIPMENT AND TECHNOLOGIES with the amount of : 1 556 245,00 USD
• For 02ed batch: JEREH PETROLEUM EQUIPMENT AND TECHNOLOGIES with the amount of : 2 756 166,00 USD

Any Tenderer contesting the Provisional Award may appeal to the President of the Commission of the Conformity Control, filed against receipt at the level of the “Départment de Passation des Contrats” located in ALSCiF Hassi-Messaoud, Oued Irara at latest within the (05) effective days from the date of publication of this notice in BAOSEM.After this time, no appeal shall be acceptable.
