All technical offers must be accompanied at the time of submission of bids or before the deadline for submission of tenders a bid bond issued on behalf of the Algerian Electricity And Gas Company - Electricity Production/ Oran Production Region Management/ Unit of Production Tiaret, amounting to 2 000. Euro from each lot for foreign companies and 250 000.00 DA for Algerian companies from a bank of Algerian right of first order.

The bidders are bound by their technical and commercial offers for a period of 180 days from the deadline for submission of tenders.
