Further to the notice of the national & international open tender call, published in the BAOSEM under reference 2447 on November 12, 2025, concerning the National & International Open Tender call No. 14/HYPROC S.C/PMD/2025, relating to the acquisition, by construction, of one (1) oil products tanker or oil products tanker/chemical tanker IMO III with a deadweight tonnage between 38,000 DWT and 40,000 DWT + one (1) optional sister ship, HYPROC SC issues this notice of addendum.

This addendum concerns the corrections made to points 9.A.1 and 9.B.3 of the particular conditions of the "Tendering Procedure" which will be communicated to all candidates who have withdrawn the specifications as well as any candidate who will withdraw it.
