كن للمترشحين المعارضين لهذا المنح تقديم طعن مقابل إقرار بالاستلام، لدى:

ص ب 89 حاسي مسعود

في غضون 05 أيام عمل ابتداء من تاريخ نشر هذا الإعلان في نشرة مناقصات قطاع الطاقة والمناجم BAOSEM.

كل طعن بتجاوز هذه المهلة يعتبر غير مستلم.

L'Entreprise Nationale de Forage ENAFOR, Direction Approvisionnements & Gestion des Stocks, informe l'Ensemble des Soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres National et International N°22F188 relatif à :

Acquisition de bearings pour ge generator 752 arb 3 & emd (gm)

Paru dans le BAOSEM N°2108 du 05/03/2023, que ce dernier :

A été attribué provisoirement au cocontractant : CONTINENTAL,

Montant du marché : 283 068,00 USD (Deux Cent Quatre-Vingt-Trois Mille Soixante-Huit USD)

Tout soumissionnaire contestant cette attribution, peut introduire un recours déposé contre accusé de réception auprès du département passation des marchés (DPM) BP 89 HASSI MESSAOUD dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le Bulletin des Appels d’Offres du Secteur de l’Energie et des Mines (BAOSEM).

Passé ce délai aucun recours ne sera recevable.

The National Drilling Enterprise ENAFOR,, Procurement & Inventory Management, hereby informs all Tenderers who participated in the National and International tender N°22F188 relating to :

Acquisition of bearings for ge generator 752 arb 3 & emd (gm)

Published in BAOSEM N°2108 of 05/03/2023, that the latter :

Has been provisionally awarded to the co-contractor : CONTINENTAL,

Contract amount: 283 068,00 USD (Two Hundred and Eighty-three Thousand Sixty-eight USD)

Any bidder contesting this award may lodge an appeal against receipt with the Procurement Department (DPM) BP 89 HASSI MESSAOUD within Five (05) working days from the date of publication of this notice in the Bulletin des Appels d'Offres du Secteur de l'Energie et des Mines (BAOSEM).

After this deadline, no appeal will be accepted.
