Paru sur BAOSEM N° 2354 du 17.02.2025 que le marché a été attribué lors de l’ouverture des offres commerciales à la société :

 Montant Contractuel : 410 000,00 USD/CFR incoterm 2020 port algérien de destination.

Tout soumissionnaire qui conteste cette attribution peut introduire un recours au plus tard dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du marché au BAOSEM auprès de la structure contractante domiciliée à la Direction Achats sise à :
