1st FORMAL NOTICE
The Algiers Airport Services and Infrastructure Management Company/SGSIA-Algiers Airport, pursuant to the provisions of Contract Nº89/DIT/SGSIA/2025, dated 29/12/2025, relating to the acquisition of ten (10) buses for the transportation of passengers for the benefit of the SGSIA EPE/SPA/ Algiers International Airport Houari Boumediene, entered into with XINFA AIRPORT EQUIPMENT LTD.
Having regard to the service order registered under the Nº114/DIT dated 29/12/2025.
Having regard to the non-compliance of the four (04) buses delivered on 13/08/2026.
Having regard to the various correspondence addressed to the company XINFA AIRPORT EQUIPMENT LTD requesting compliance with the contractual provisions of contract Nº89/DIT/SGSIA/2025.
The company XINFA AIRPORT EQUIPMENT LTD, whose registered office is located in B4061, Building 8, No.97, Changping road, Shehe, Changping District, Beijing,P.R. China, is hereby given formal notice to strictly comply with its contractual obligations under the said Contract, within a period of forty-eight (48) hours from the date of its first publication in the BOMOP or in the national daily newspapers.
Upon expiry of this period, in case of failure to remedy the situation, the applicable regulatory provisions shall be enforced against the company.
