L’Entreprise Nationale de Grands Travaux Pétroliers « ENGTP », Direction Engineering, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participer à la Consultation suscitée, portant

l’acquisition de: Etude, Fourniture et mise en service d’un data center au niveau du siège des divisions LSH & INV à Ain Bia

que le contrat a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « SNEF ALGERIE » déclaré le moins-disant pour un montant de :

147 027 874.30 HTVA avec un délai de livraison de 10 mois Hors approbation ARH

Tout soumissionnaire contestant cette attribution peut introduire un recours adressé au :

PRESIDENT DE LA COMMISION DE CONTROLE DE CONFORMITE

Contre accusé de réception au niveau de la structure au plus tard dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le Bulletin.

Acquisition of: Study, Supply and commissioning of a data center at the headquarters of the LSH & INV divisions in Ain Bia

that the contract has been provisionally awarded to the tenderer « SNEF ALGERIE » declared the lowest one ,for an amount of 147.027.874.30 excluding VAT with a delivery period of 10 months excluding ARH approval

The tenderers questioning this awarding may introduce recourse addressed to

 The president of the Compliance Control Commission

filed against acknowledgement of receipt at the structure, in the 05 working days utmost as of the date of publication of this notice in BAOSEM.
