ATTRIBUTION PROVISOIRE DE CONTRAT

CONSULTATION RESTREINTE NATIONALE ET INTERNATIONALE

L’Entreprise Nationale de Grands Travaux Pétroliers « ENGTP », Direction Engineering, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participer à la Consultation suscitée, portant l’acquisition de: FILTRE A CYCLONE pour le projet de Réhabilitation du centre national de Dispatching Gaz CNDG-HRM, que le contrat a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « PIETRO FIORENTINI» déclaré le moins-disant pour un montant de :

806 720 EUROS avec un délai de livraison de sept (07) mois hors délai d’approbation ARH

Tout soumissionnaire contestant cette attribution peut introduire un recours adressé au :

PRESIDENT DE LA COMMISION DE CONTROLE DE CONFORMITE

Contre accusé de réception au niveau de la structure au plus tard dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le Bulletin.

The National Company of Big Oil Works (ENGTP), Engineering Directorate informs all tenderers having participated in the above Consultation, relating to :

Acquisition of CYCLONE FILTERS

for the CNDG-HRM National Gas Dispatching Center Rehabilitation Project

that the contract has been provisionally awarded to the tenderer « PIETRO FIORENTINI » declared the lowest offer for an amount of 806.720 EUROS with a delivery time of seven (07) months excluding ARH approval time

The tenderers questioning this awarding may introduce a recourse addressed to

 The president of the Compliance Control Commission

filed against acknowledgement of receipt at the structure, in the 05 working days utmost as of the date of publication of this notice in BAOSEM.
