L’ENAC/Spa informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national et international ouvert n°072/DVL/DAPS/2026, Paru dans le BAOSEM n°2517 du 03/06/2026, portant sur l’acquisition de groupes électrogènes, répartis-en deux (02) lots :

Lot n°01 : Trois (03) groupes électrogènes supérieur ou égal à 600 KVA à 50 C°

Lot n°02 : Six (06) groupes électrogènes supérieur ou égal à 400 KVA à 50°

Que le contrat a été attribué provisoirement :

Lot n°01 : au soumissionnaire « EURL SAMISEC » pour un montant de : « 64 431 360,00 DA/TTC » soit Soixante-Quatre Millions Quatre Cent Trente Et Un Mille Trois Cent Soixante Dinars Algériens En Toutes Taxes Comprises.

Lot n°02 : au soumissionnaire « ATLAS COPCO ALGERIE SPA » pour un montant de « 100 774 882,25 DA/TTC » soit Cent Millions Sept Cent Soixante-Quatorze Mille Huit Cent Quatre-Vingt-Deux Dinars Algériens Et Vingt-Cinq Centimes En Toutes Taxes Comprises.

Critère de choix : offre financière moins disante parmi les offres retenues techniquement.

Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de l’ENAC dans un délai de cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution de l’avis de publication.

Le recours ne peut porter que sur les décisions prises dans le traitement de son offre.

NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN INVITATION TO TENDER

ENAC/Jsc informs all the tenderers having participated in the national and international open invitation to tender N° 072/DVL/DAPS/2026, Published in Baosem N° 2517 of June 03rd ,2026 regarding:

acquisition of generator sets, divided into two (02) batches:

batch No. 01: Three (03) generator sets of 600 KVA or more at 50°C

batch No. 02: Six (06) generator sets of 400 KVA or more at 50°C

that it has been awarded provisionally to the tenderer

batch 01 : EURL SAMISEC 

 for an amount of: 64.431.360.00 dzd/ all taxes included

batch 02 : ATLAS COPCO ALGERIE SPA 

 for an amount of: 100.774.882.25 dzd/ all taxes included

Selection criteria: lowest financial offer among the technically selected ones

Every tenderer questioning this choice may introduce recourse nearby ENAC in a delay of 05 workdays as of the date of publication of this notice.

The recourse can only relate to decisions taken in the processing of its offer.

تعلم المؤسسة الوطنية للقنوات/ ش ذ أ المترشحين الذين شاركوا في المناقصة الوطنية والدولية المفتوحة، رقم  072/DVL/DAPS/2026 الصادرة بالباوسم عدد  بتاريخ 03 جوان 2026، والمتعلقة بـ:

اقتناء المولدات الكهربائية، مقسمة إلى حصتين:

الحصة رقم 01: 03 مولدات كهربائية بقدرة 600 ك.ف.أ أو أكثر عند درجة حرارة 50 درجة مئوية

الحصة رقم 02: 06 مولدات كهربائية بقدرة 400 ك.ف.أ أو أكثر عند درجة حرارة 50 درجة مئوية

أن الصفقة قد تم منحها مؤقتا للمترشح:

الحصة رقم 01: للمترشح « EURL SAMISEC »  مقابل مبلغ: 64.431.360.00 دج/ مع احتساب كل الرسوم.

الحصة رقم 02: للمترشح « ATLAS COPCO ALGERIE SPA »  مقابل مبلغ: 100.774.882.25 دج/ مع احتساب كل الرسوم.

معايير الانتقاء: العرض المالي الأقل من بين العروض المقبولة تقنيا.

يمكن لكل مترشح معارض لهذا الاختيار، تقديم طعن لدى المؤسسة الوطنية للقنوات، في غضون 05 أيام عمل ابتداء من تاريخ نشر هذا الإعلان.

لا يمكن أن يتعلق الطعن سوى بالقرارات التي تم اتخاذها أثناء معالجة عرضه.
