Paru dans le BAOSEM N°2269 du 12/06/2024, que ce dernier:

A été attribué provisoirement au cocontractant : LIEBHERR,

Montant du marché : 19 500 000,00 EUR (Dix-Neuf Millions Cinq Cent Mille Euros)

Tout soumissionnaire contestant cette attribution, peut introduire un recours déposé contre accusé de réception auprès du département passation des contrats (DPC) BP 89 HASSI MESSAOUD dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le Bulletin des Appels d’Offres du Secteur de l’Energie et des Mines (BAOSEM).

Passé ce délai aucun recours ne sera recevable.
