L’Entreprise Nationale de Grands Travaux Pétroliers « ENGTP », Direction Engineering, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participer à la Consultation suscitée, portant
l’acquisition de la fourniture : CHEMICAL INJECTION PACKAGES
que le contrat a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire PETROLE SERVICES INDUSTRIEL déclaré le moins-disant pour un montant de 1 962 795,80 EUROS en CFR.
Tout soumissionnaire contestant cette attribution peut introduire un recours adressé au :
PRESIDENT DE LA COMMISION DE CONTROLE DE CONFORMITE
Contre accusé de réception au niveau de la structure au plus tard dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le Bulletin.

that the contract has been provisionally awarded to the tenderer PETROLE SERVICES INDUSTRIEL - declared the lowest one for an amount of 1.962.795.80 EUROS in CFR
The tenderers questioning this awarding may introduce recourse addressed to
The president of the Compliance Control Commission
filed against acknowledgement of receipt at the structure, in the 05 working days utmost as of the date of publication of this notice in BAOSEM.

يجوز لأي مترشح معترض على هذا المنح المؤقت للعقد ان يقدم طعن موجه الى

مع وصل الاستلام على مستوى المديرية خلال خمسة 05 أيام مفتوحة ابتدا من تاريخ نشر هذا الاشعار في مجلة المناقصات
