AVIS D’ATTRIBUTION PROVISOIRE DE CONTRAT

Appel d’Offres National & International Ouvert                               N°010/DVLP/DAPS/2025

L’ENAC/Spa informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national & international ouvert n°010/DVLP/DAPS/2025, Paru dans le BAOSEM n°2360 du 05/03/2025, portant sur

Acquisition de matériel de levage et de manutention répartis en deux (02) lots :

Lot N° 01 : Acquisition de trois (03) Chariots élévateurs à mat avec capacité de levage 3 tonnes, a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « SARL EL BORDI MATERIELS ET ENGING », pour un montant de Quatorze millions soixante-dix mille dinars algériens et trois centimes en toute taxes comprise, soit en chiffre : 14 070 000,03 DA/TTC.

Lot N° 02 : Acquisition de trois (03) Grues routières de capacité de levage de 40 à 45 tonnes, a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « MANITOWOC CRANES GROUP France SAS », pour un montant de Six cent quatre-vingt-quatre mille dollars américains en CFR Porte Mostaganem soit en chiffre : 684 000,00 CFR Porte Mostaganem

Critère de choix : offre financière moins disante parmi les offres retenues techniquement.

Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de l’ENAC dans un délai de cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution de l’avis de publication.

Le recours ne peut porter que sur les décisions prises dans le traitement de son offre.

ENAC/Jsc informs all the tenderers having participated in the national and international open invitation to tender N° 010/DVLP/DAPS/2025, Published in Baosem N° 2360 of March 05^th    ,2025 regarding:

Acquisition of lifting and handling equipment divided into two (02) batches:

Batch No. 01: Acquisition of three (03) mast forklifts with a lifting capacity of 3 tons.

that it has been awarded provisionally to the tenderer « SARL EL BORDI MATERIELS ET ENGING », for an amount of:

14.070.000.03 Dzd/ all taxes included

Batch No. 02: Acquisition of three (03) road cranes with a lifting capacity of 40 to 45 tons

that it has been awarded provisionally to the tenderer « MANITOWOC CRANES GROUP France SAS », for an amount of:

684.000.00 Dollar/ CFR Mostaganem port.

Selection criteria: lowest financial offer among the technically selected offers

Every tenderer questioning this choice may introduce recourse nearby ENAC in a delay of 05 workdays as of the date of publication of this notice.

The recourse can only relate to decisions taken in the processing of its offer
