Acquisition de matériels de génie civil Allotie en deux (02) lots :

• LOT N°01 : Deux (02) Dumper
• LOT N°02 : Quatre (04) chargeurs compact (SKID TEER) » ;

Que le LOT N°02 : Quatre (04) chargeurs compact (SKID TEER) est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire ROULANDTECNIC pour un montant de : Deux Cent Quarante-Deux Mille Huit Cent Quarante Euro et Soixante-Huit Centimes en CFR soit en chiffre : 242 840.68€  en CFR

Tout soumissionnaire contestant cette attribution peut introduire un recours adressé au président de la commission des marchés et déposé contre accuser de réception au niveau de la structure au plus tard Cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le bulletin des appels d’offres du secteur de l’énergie et des mines (BAOSEM).

Acquisition of civil Engineering material divided into 02 batches:

Batch n° 01: 02 dumpers

Batch n° 02: 04 compact chargeers (skid teer)

That the Batch n° 02: 04 compact chargeers (skid teer) has been provisionally awarded to: ROULANDTECNIC for an amount of: 242.840.68 € in CFR

The tenderers questioning this awarding may introduce recourse addressed to:

The President of the Contracts’ Commission

And deposited in return of an acknowledgment receipt at the Structure, in a delay of 05 workdays utmost as of the date of the publication of this notice in the Bulleting of the invitation to Tender of the Energy and Mines Sector (BAOSEM).
