اقتناء معدات الهندسة المدنية مقسمة إلى ثلاث (03) حصص

قد تم للمترشح: LIEBHERR EXPORT AG

بمبلغ: 2.105.674.60 يورو CFR ميناء مستغانم (مليونان ومائة وخمسة آلاف وستمائة وأربعة وسبعون يورو وثمانية وستون سنتا في ميناء مستغانم CFR).

معايير الانتقاء: العرض المالي الأقل ضمن العروض المقبولة تقنيا

يمكن لكل مترشح معارض لهذا الاختيار تقديم طعن لدى الشركة الوطنية للقنوات في غضون 05 أيام عمل ابتداء من تاريخ نشر هذا الإعلان.

AVIS D’ATTRIBUTION PROVISOIRE DU CONTRAT DE GRE A GRE APRES CONSULTATION

RELATIF A L’AONIO N°008/DVL/DAP/2023 (LOTS N°01 ET 03)

L’ENAC/Spa annonce l’attribution provisoire du contrat, relatif au lot n°01 : Cinq (05) Bulldozers sur chenilles (poids en ordre de marche est supérieur ou égal à 37.5 tonnes),du gré à gré après consultation n°077/DVL/DAP/2023 issu de l’appel d’offres national et international ouvert n°008/DVL/DAP/2023(lot n°01 et 03) portant sur l’acquisition de matériels de génie civil, répartis en trois (03) lots, au soumissionnaire « LIEBHERR EXPORT AG», et ce pour un montant de Deux Millions Cent Cinq Mille Six Cent Soixante-Quatorze Euro et Soixante-Huit Centimes en CFR port de Mostaganem , soit en chiffre : 2 105 674,68 € CFR port Mostaganem.

Critère de choix : Offre financière moins disant parmi les offres retenues techniquement.

Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de l’ENAC dans un délai de Cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de parution de l’avis de publication.

Acquisition of civil engineering material, divided into 03 batches

Has been awarded to the tenderer « LIEBHERR EXPORT AG», », for an amount of 2.105.674.68 € CFR Mostaganem Port.
