AVIS D’ATTRIBUTION PROVISOIRE DE CONTRAT

La Société Nationale SONATRACH, Activité Transport par Canalisation, Division Maintenance, Direction Approvisionnements, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national et international ouvert N° 07/TRC/MNT/APP/2022, portant sur :

L’Acquisition de matériels roulant lourds en trois (03) lots :

• Lot 1 :

-01 Tracteur routier 6X6 avec treuil ;

-01 Tracteur routier 6X6 avec grue ;

-01 Tracteur routier 6X6

• Lot 2 :

-2 Camions à benne 4X4

                     

• Lot 3 :

-07 Semi-remorques citernes 27m3 hydrocarbure ;

-02 Camions citernes 15 m3 carburant.

Paru dans le BAOSEM N°2000 du 24/04/2022, qu’après évaluation des offres techniques et financières, il a été déclaré ce qui suit :

• Le lot 1 a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire INTRACO Spa pour un montant de 460 090,00 EUR.

• Le lot 2 a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire INTRACO Spa pour un montant de 218 720,00 EUR.

• Le lot 3 a été déclaré infructueux.

Les soumissionnaires contestant la présente attribution, peuvent introduire un recours dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication du présent avis, et ce, à l’adresse citée ci-dessus.

PROVISIONAL CONTRACT AWARD NOTICE

The National Company SONATRACH, Pipeline Transport Activity, Maintenance Division, Supply Department, informs all the tenderers who participated in the national and international open call for tenders N° 07/TRC/MNT/APP/2022, for the:

Acquisition of heavy rolling stock in three (03) batches:

• Batch 1:

- 01 Tractor road 6X6 with winch;

- 01 6X6 tractor-trailer with crane;

- 01 Tractor road 6X6.

• Batch 2: 

- 02 4X4 dump trucks.

• Batch 3: 

- 07 Semi-trailers tanks 27 m3 hydrocarbon;

- 02 Tank trucks 15 m3 fuel.

Published in BAOSEM N° 2000 of 24/04/2022, that after evaluation of the technical and financial offers:

• Batch 1 was provisionally awarded to the tenderer INTRACO Spa for an amount of 460 090,00 EUR.

• Batch 2 was provisionally awarded to the tenderer INTRACO Spa for an amount of 218 720,00 EUR.

• Batch 3 was declared unsuccessful.

Tenderers contesting this award may lodge an appeal within Five (05) working days from the date of publication of this notice, at the address mentioned above.
