AVIS D’ATTRIBUTION PROVISOIRE DE CONTRAT

Consultation Restreinte n°022-R01/DVLP/DAPS/2025

L’ENAC/Spa informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à la consultation restreinte n°022-R01/DVLP/DAPS/2025, issu de l’appel d’offres national et international ouvert n°133/DVL/DAP/2024, portant sur :

Acquisition de matériels roulants, répartis en quatre (04) lots

Lot n°01 : Acquisition de cinq (05) camions citerne carburant 4x4 avec capacité de 10 à 12m³ Lot n°02 : Acquisition de cinq (05) camions à benne 6x4 d'une charge utile supérieure ou égale à 20 tonnes

Lot n°03 : Acquisition de trois (03) camions station graissage 4X4

Lot n°04 : Acquisition de trois (03) camions malaxeur 6x6.

Paru dans le BAOSEM n°2318 du 05/11/2024 a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire INTRACO SPA pour les lots n°02, 03 & 04.

Lot n°02 pour un montant de « 659 920.75 Euro » soit Six Cent Cinquante Neuf Mille Neuf Cent Vingt Euros et Soixante Quinze Centimes CFR Port de Mostaganem.

Lot n°03 pour un montant de « 429 855.01 Euro » soit Quatre Cent Vingt Neuf Mille Huit Cent Cinquante Cinq Euros et Un Centime CFR Port de Mostaganem.

Lot n°04 pour un montant de « 488 007.60 Euro » soit Six Quatre Cent Quatre Vingt Huit Mille Sept Euros et Soixante Centimes CFR Port de Mostaganem.

Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de l’ENAC dans un délai de cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution de l’avis de publication.

Le recours ne peut porter que sur les décisions prises dans le traitement de son offre.

PROVISIONAL CONTRACT AWARDING

RESTRICTED CONSULTATION N° 022-R01/DVLP/DAPS/2025

ENAC/Jsc informs all the tenderers having participated in the restricted consultation n°022-R01/DVLP/DAPS/2025 issued of the national and international open invitation to tender N° 133/DVL/DAP/2024, regarding:

Acquisition of rolling stock, divided into four (04) batches:

-Batch No. 01: Acquisition of five (05) fuel tanker trucks 4x4 with a capacity of 10 to 12 m3.

- Batch No. 02: Acquisition of five (05) dump trucks 6x4 with a payload greater than or equal to 20 Tons.

- Batch No. 03: Acquisition of three (03) lubrication station trucks 4 x4.

- Batch No. 04: Acquisition of three (03) mixer trucks 6x6.

Published in BAOSEM n°2318 of November 05 ^th, 2024, that it has been awarded provisionally to the tenderer « INTRACO SPA », batches n°02, 03 & 04

Batch No. 02: 659.920.75 Euros CFR Port of Mostaganem.

Batch No. 03: 429.855.01 Euros CFR Port of Mostaganem

Batch No. 04: 488.007.60 Euros CFR Port of Mostaganem

Every tenderer questioning this choice may introduce a recourse nearby ENAC in a delay of 05 workdays as of the date of publication of this notice.

The recourse can only relate to decisions taken in the processing of its offer.
