La Société Sonatrach – Exploration Production – Division Production – Direction Régionale Hassi R’Mel, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres National et International Ouvert N°032/SH/EP/DP/HR/AP/2024 relatif à :

Acquisition de pièces de rechange pour les unités de production d’azote et sécheurs d’air des stations BOOSTING phase III », Réparti en deux (02) lots :

Lot N°01 : Pièces de rechange pour les unités de production d’azote des stations BOOSTING phase III.

Lot N°02 : Pièces de rechange pour les sécheurs d’air des stations BOOSTING phase III.

Paru dans le BAOSEM N°2372 du 13/04/2025, sont informées que les contrats ont été attribués provisoirement pour les deux (02) lots aux soumissionnaires :

Lot N° 01 : SOSEA-PAI – France, pour un montant de Deux Millions Quatre Cent Cinquante Cinq Mille Dollar USD En Hors Taxes, CFR Port d’Alger (2 455 000.00 $ en HT/CFR Port d’Alger).

Lot N° 02 : SINERGIA SPA - Italie, pour un montant de Huit Cent Soixante Deux Mille Quatre Cent Cinquante Et Un Euro En Hors Taxes, CFR Port d’Alger (862 451.00 € en HT/CFR Port d’Alger).

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par la Structure Contractante, peuvent introduire leur recours dans un délai de Cinq (05) jours, ouvrables à compter de la date de parution du présent avis dans le BAOSEM, et ce, auprès de la Structure Contractante.

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL CONTRACT AWARD

The Sonatrach Company – Exploration Production – Production Division – Hassi R'Mel Regional Directorate, informs all bidders who participated in the National and International Open Tenders N°032/SH/EP/DP/HR/AP/2024 relating to :

Acquisition of spare parts for the nitrogen production units and air dryers of the BOOSTING phase III stations », divided into two (02) Batch’s:

Batch N°01: Spare parts for the nitrogen production units of the BOOSTING phase III stations.

Batch N°02: Spare parts for air dryers at BOOSTING phase III stations.

Appeared in the BAOSEM N° 2372 of 13/04/2025, that the contracts have been provisionally awarded for the two (02) Batch’s to the bidder:

Batch N° 01 SOSEA-PAI – France for an amount of Two Million Four Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand US Dollars Excluding Taxes, CFR Port of Algiers (2 455 000.00 $ excluding taxes/CFR Port of Algiers).

Batch N°02: SINERGIA SPA - Italy for an amount of Eight Hundred Sixty-Two Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-One Euros Excluding Taxes, CFR Port of Algiers (862 451.00 € excluding tax/CFR Port of Algiers).

Bidders who contest the choice made by the Contracting Structure may lodge their appeal within five (05) days working from the date of publication of this notice in BAOSEM, to the Contracting Structure.
