Sonatrach, Activité RPC, Division Exploitation Raffinage, Raffinerie d’Adrar, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’Offres National & International Ouvert N° HSE/001/2024-INV/RA1D, paru sur le BAOSEM N°2219 du 21/01/2024, relatif à :

Acquisition de Poteaux et Vannes à papillons pour le réseau anti-incendie en deux (02) lots distincts

Que le marché a été attribué provisoirement pour le Lot N°01 « Poteaux eau anti-incendie» au soumissionnaire SARL TEXFAS TRADE INVEST pour un montant exprimé en hors taxes de Cinq Millions Deux Cent Un Mille Sept Cent Quatre Vingt Neuf Dinars Algérien Virgule Vingt Cinq Centimes (5 201 789,25DA/HT).

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par la structure contractante, peuvent introduire leurs recours dans un délai de cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le BAOSEM, et ce, auprès de la structure contractante.

Acquisition of fire hydrants and butterfly valves for the fire-fighting network in Two (02) separate batches:

Batch n° 01: fire hydrants

Batch n° 02: butterfly valves for the fire-fighting network

Sonatrach, RPC Activity, Refining Exploitation Division, Refinery of Adrar, informs all the tenderers having participated to the National & International Open Tender N° HSE/001/2024-INV/RA1D, published on BAOSEM N° 2219 of January, 21^st 2024, relating to:

Acquisition of fire hydrants and butterfly valves for the fire-fighting network in Two (02) separate batches

That the contract has been awarded to the tenderer SARL TEXFAS TRADE INVEST for an amount Duty Free of: Five Million, Two Hundred and One Thousand, Seven Hundred and Eighty-Nine Algerian Dinars and Twenty-Five Cents (5 201 789,25 DZD/Duty Free).

Tenderers who contest the choice made by the contracting structure may lodge their appeals with the contracting structure within a period of Five (05) working days from the date of publication of this notice in the BAOSEM.
