# PROVISIONAL NOTICE OF CONTRACT AWARD
In accordance with the provisions of articles 65 and 72 of Presidential Decree No. 15-247 of
16 September 2015, governing public procurement and public service delegations,
Télédiffusion d'Algérie hereby informs the bidders who participated in the national open
tender with minimum capacity requirements No. 618/E, concerning the acquisition of
ten (10) TV re-transmitters for the Wilaya of El Bayadh, published in the following national
daily newspapers: El Massa of 02/10/2025 and El Moudjahid of 06/10/2025, as well as in the
BOMOP - National and International Call for Tenders Notice - No. 1988 for the week of
12 to 18 October 2025, that following the evaluation of the bids, the contract is provisionally
awarded to the following company:

The Public Establishment of Algerian TV and Radio Broadcasting (TDA) invites, all
concerned, unsuccessful bidders to contact the relevant services, no later than three (03)
days after the publication of the provisional notice of the successful tenderer, to take
knowledge of the detailed results of the evaluation of their technical and financial bids.
In accordance with the article 82 of the presidential decree nº15-247 of September 16, 2015,
regulating public contracts and public service delegation, tenderers who contest this decision
can appeal to the Ministerial Commission on Public Procurement of the "Presidency of the
Republic - El Mouradia - Algiers", within ten (10) days from the first publication of this
notice in the official bulletin of the markets of the Public Operator 'BOMOP' or in one of the
newspapers that published the notice of invitation to tender.
