Acquisition de Trente (30) chanfreineuses à bandes en acier et des bandes en acier X

A été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « SAS SEFIA EUROPE », pour un montant de Cent Dix-Neuf Mille Neuf Cent Trente-Huit Euro et Soixante-Huit Centimes CFR Port de Mostaganem, soit en chiffre « 119 938,68 EURO CFR port de Mostaganem ».

Critère de choix : offre financière moins disante parmi les offres retenues techniquement.

Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de l’ENAC dans un délai de Cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution de l’avis de publication.

Le recours ne peut porter que sur les décisions prises dans le traitement de son offre.

Acquisition of thirty (30) steel strip bevelers and X steel strips.

has been awarded provisionally to the tenderer « SAS SEFIA EUROPE », for an amount of:

119.938.68 US EURO CFR PORT MOSTAGANEM.

Selection criterion: lowest financial offer among the technically accepted offers.

Every tenderer questioning this choice may introduce recourse nearby ENAC in a delay of 05 workdays as of the date of publication of this notice.

The recourse can only relate to the decisions taken in the processing of its offer.
