Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce résultat peut introduire un recours, auprès de la structure contractante sis à route de Oued Smar Direction Générale, Dar El Beida, Alger, dans un délai de dix (10) jours calendaires à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le BAOSEM ou dans l’un des quotidiens nationaux.

Acquisition of three (03) training aircraft, has been provisionally awarded to the following bidder:

LOT 01: Two single engine aircraft

Any bidder contesting this result may lodge an appeal with the contracting body at route de Oued Smar General Direction, Dar El Beida, Algiers, within ten (10) days from the date of publication of this notice in the BAOSEM or in one of the national daily newspapers.
