Appel d’Offres National & International Ouvert N°132/DVL/DAP/2024

L’ENAC/Spa informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national & international ouvert n°132/DVL/DAP/2024, Paru dans le BAOSEM n°2317 du 03/11/2024, portant sur :

Acquisition de trois (03) Semi-Remorques Citerne Hydrocarbures Capacité de 27 000 litres, a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « SIMATRA SA », pour un montant de cent vingt-six mille EURO en CFR Port de Mostaganem soit en chiffre « 126 000 EURO en CFR Port de Mostaganem ». 

Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de l’ENAC dans un délai de Cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution de l’avis de publication.

Le recours ne peut porter que sur les décisions prises dans le traitement de son offre.

Acquisition of three (03) Hydrocarbon Tanker Semi-Trailers with a capacity of 27,000 liters.

that it has been awarded provisionally to the tenderer « SIMATRA SA  », for an amount of:

126.000 EURO / CFR Port of Mostaganem

Every tenderer questioning this choice may introduce recourse nearby ENAC in a delay of 05 workdays as of the date of publication of this notice.

The recourse can only relate to the decisions taken in the processing of its offer.
