ACQUISITION DES ANNEAUX D’AMORTISSEMENT DAMPING RING POUR LE COMPLEXE GL3Z

Paru dans le BAOSEM N° 2227 du 12/02/2024 qu’à l’issue de l’ouverture et l’évaluation des offres techniques et financières, le contrat a été attribué au soumissionnaire classé moins disant, à savoir :

PRODUITS ET ACCESSOIRES INDUSTRIELS pour un montant de : Cinq Cent Sept Mille Quatre Cent Euro (507 400.00 €)

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix de la Structure Contractante peuvent introduire un recours auprès de cette dernière dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication du présent avis au BAOSEM.

It is brought to the attention of all bidders who participated in the national and international open call for tenders No. 34BIS/A/GL3Z/2023, relating to:

ACQUISITION OF DAMPING RINGS FOR GL3Z COMPLEX

Published in BAOSEM N°2227 of 12/02/2024 that at the end of the opening and evaluation of the technical and financial offers, the contract was awarded to the bidder ranked the lowest, namely:

• PRODUITS ET ACCESSOIRES INDUSTRIELS for an amount of: Five Hundred Seven Thousand Four Hundred Euro (507 400.00 €)

Bidders who contest the choice of the Contracting Structure may lodge an appeal with the latter within five (05) working days from the date of publication of this notice in BAOSEM.
