L’ENAC/Spa informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national et international ouvert n°011/DVL/DAPS/2026, Paru dans le BAOSEM n°2493 du 25/03/2026, portant sur l’acquisition des boites de jonction destinés au projet Mise en conformité des systèmes de détection / Extinction et des réseaux anti-incendie des installations de transports RTO (ZONE DE LAGHOUAT – HASSI R’MEL), qu’il a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « SARL ELECAD » pour un montant de : « 67 209 525,42 DA/TTC/Hormis TVA » soit Soixante-Sept Million Deux Cent Neuf Mille Cinq Cent Vingt-Cinq Dinars Algériens Et Quarante-Deux Centimes En Toutes Taxes Comprises Hormis TVA.
Critère de choix : offre financière moins disante parmi les offres retenues techniquement.
Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de l’ENAC dans un délai de cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution de l’avis de publication.
Le recours ne peut porter que sur les décisions prises dans le traitement de son offre.

Acquisition of junction boxes for the project to upgrade the fire detection/extinguishing systems and fire suppression networks of the RTO transport facilities (LAGHOUAT – HASSI R’MEL AREA).
