L’ENAC/Spa informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national et international ouvert n°149/DVLP/DAPS/2025, Paru dans le BAOSEM n°2468 du 13/01/2026, portant sur l’acquisition des Brides d’ancrage, Tés à barreaux & Joints isolants destinés au projet de réalisation de l'expansion du GG1 42" Hassi R'mel - SC3 Moudjebara- Medjedel & mise à niveau de la station SC3 de Moudjebara répartis en deux (02) lots :

-LOT 1 : Brides d’ancrage & Tés à barreaux

-LOT 2 : Joints isolants.

qu’il a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire «SRL SAS» pour un montant de :

-LOT N°01 : « 342 400,00 USD/CFR Port de Mostaganem » soit trois Cent Quarante-deux Mille Quatre Cent Dollars Américains CFR Port de Mostaganem.

-Lot n°02 : « 586 686,30 USD/CFR Port de Mostaganem » soit Cinq Cent Quatre-vingt Six Mille Six Cent Quatre Vingt Six Dollars Américains Et Trente Centimes CFR Port Mostaganem.

Critère de choix : offre financière moins disante parmi les offres retenues techniquement.

Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de l’ENAC dans un délai de cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution de l’avis de publication.

Le recours ne peut porter que sur les décisions prises dans le traitement de son offre.

Acquisition of anchor flanges, bar tees & insulating joints for the GG1 42" Hassi R'mel - SC3 Moudjebara-Medjedel expansion project & upgrading of the SC3 Moudjebara station, divided into two (02) lots:

-LOT 1: Anchor flanges & bar tees

-LOT 2: Insulating joints.

that it has been awarded provisionally to the tenderer « SRL SAS»  for an amount of:

batch 01: 342.400.00 USD/CFR Port de Mostaganem 

batch 02: 586.686.30 USD/CFR Port de Mostaganem 

Selection criteria: lowest financial offer among the technically selected ones

Every tenderer questioning this choice may introduce recourse nearby ENAC in a delay of 05 workdays as of the date of publication of this notice.

The recourse can only relate to decisions taken in the processing of its offer.
