Appel d’Offres National & International Ouvert N°158/DVLP/DAPS/2024

L’ENAC/Spa informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national & international ouvert n°158/DVLP/DAPS/2024, Paru dans le BAOSEM n°2342 du 14/01/2025, portant sur Acquisition des équipements de la protection cathodique destinés au projet Réhabilitation De Centre De Dispatching des Hydrocarbures Liquides (CDHL) A Haoud El Hamra, a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « EURL LAGHA», pour un montant de Dix millions six cent quatre-vingt-dix mille dinars algériens en toutes taxes comprise hormis TVA, soit en chiffre « 10 690 000,00 DA/TTC/HTVA ».

Critère de choix : offre financière moins disante parmi les offres retenues techniquement.

Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de l’ENAC dans un délai de Cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution de l’avis de publication.

Le recours ne peut porter que sur les décisions prises dans le traitement de son offre.

that it has been awarded provisionally to the tenderer « EURL LAGHA », for an amount of:

10.690.000.00 DZD/ All taxes included /excluding VAT

Selection criteria: lowest financial offer among the technically selected offers

Every tenderer questioning this choice may introduce recourse nearby ENAC in a delay of 05 workdays as of the date of publication of this notice.

The recourse can only relate to the decisions taken in the processing of its offer.
