La Société Sonatrach – Exploration Production – Division Production – Direction Régionale Hassi R’Mel, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres National et International N°024/SH-EP/DP/HR/AP/2023, relatif à :

Acquisition des vannes à soupape et clapet anti-retour pour les régions de sud

reparti en deux (02) lots comme suit :

Lot N°01 : Vannes à soupape pour les Régions de TFT, STAH et GASSI TOUIL.

Lot N°02 : Clapet anti-Retour pour la Région d'OHANET et GASSI TOUIL

Paru dans le BAOSEM N° 2141 du 06/06/2023, que le contrat (Lot N°01) a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire ;

MOUDI INDUSTRIE – France ; pour un montant de : Soixante Six Mille Huit Cent Quatre Vingt Dix Neuf Dollars en Hors Taxe, CFR Port d’Alger (66 899.00 $ en TTC/ HTVA).

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par la Structure Contractante, peuvent introduire leur recours dans un délai de Cinq (05) jours, ouvrables à compter de la date de parution du présent avis dans le BAOSEM, et ce, auprès de la Structure Contractante.

The Sonatrach Company – Exploration Production – Production Division – Hassi R'Mel Regional Directorate, informs all bidders who participated in the National and International Call for Tenders N°024/SH-EP/DP/HR/AP/2023, relating to :

Acquisition of globe valves and non-return valves for the southern régions diveded into two (02) Batch’s as follows :

Batch N°01 : Globe valves for the TFT, STAH and GASSI TOUIL régions.

Batch N°02 : Non-return valve for the OHANET and GASSI TOUIL région

Published in BAOSEM N°2141 of 06/06/2023, that the contract (Batch N°01) was provisionally awarded to the bidder ;

MOUDI INDUSTRIE – France ; for an amount of : Sixty-six Thousand eight Hundred and Neighty-nine Dollars excluding tax, CFR Port of Algiers (66,899.00 $ including tax/excl. TVA).

Bidders who contest the choice made by the Contracting Structure may lodge their appeal within five (05) working days from the date of publication of this notice in BAOSEM, to the Contracting Structure.
