ENAC/Spa informs the tenderers having participated in the national and international restricted invitation to tender N° 071/DVL/DAP/2022, published in the Baosem n° 2079 of December, 11^th 2022, regarding:

Purchase of angle valves for manifolds for the EPC project of the collection network for the connection of 73 wells from Tinrhert to Alrar

That the contract has been provisionally awarded to the tenderer: MASTER FLO VALVE INC

For an amount of 432 092.00 USD (Four hundred and Thirty-Two Thousand and Ninety-Two US Dollars).

Criteria of choice: the lower offering financial tender among those technically accepted.

Every tenderer questioning this choice may introduce recourse nearby ENAC in a delay of 05 workdays as of the date of publication of this notice.

The recourse can be ONLY about the decisions taken while treating the tenderer’s offer.

L’ENAC/Spa informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national & International Restreint N°071/DVL/DAP/2022, Paru dans le BAOSEM N° 2079 du 11/12/2022, portant sur :

Acquisition des vannes manuelles de purge (Angle valves for manifolds), destinées au Projet de Réalisation en EPC du réseau de collecte pour le raccordement de 73 puits de Tinrhert à Alrar,

A été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire :

MASTER FLO VALVE INC

Pour un montant de :

Quatre Cent Trente-Deux Mille Quatre-Vingt-Douze US Dollars en CFR Port de Mostaganem Soit en Chiffre « 432 092,00USD ».

Critère de choix : Offre financière moins disant parmi les offres retenues techniquement.

Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de l’ENAC dans un délai de Cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution de l’avis de publication.

Le recours ne peut porter que sur les décisions prises dans le traitement de son offre.
