# NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL AWARD, UNSUCCESSFUL TENDER AND CANCELLATION NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN TENDER WITH REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM CAPACITIES Nº DA/01/EQUIPMENT/2024
SOCOTHYD EPE-SPA hereby informs all bidders who participated in the National and International
Open Tender with requirements and minimum capacities Nº. DA/01/EQUIPMENT/24, concerning the
supply, installation, and commissioning of industrial equipment, that following the evaluation of offers,
the contract has been provisionally awarded as follows:

amount exceeds the allocated budget.
· LOT Nº 03: Adult Diapers and Pant Diapers Manufacturing Line: Unsuccessful, reason: no
offer was received.
Bidders may, no later than three (03) days after the publication of this provisional award notice,
approach the Contracts Secretariat to review the results of their evaluation.
Any bidder contesting the decision made by SOCOTHYD may lodge an appeal with SOCOTHYD's
Contracts Committee within five (05) days following the date of the first publication of this provisional
award notice.
