Acquisition, installation and commissioning of back-up diesel and Black Start 3400 kVA for the Central of Tilghemt

In return of the presentation of a payment voucher by bank transfer for an amount of 3000.00DZD to account N° 00100 301 0300 300 229 /87, open at the National Bank of Algeria (BNA), Agency of Laghouat.

The tenderers must address, in a single step, separately established, a technical tender with no reference to the price, and a financial one mentioning the price.

The technical tenders as well as the financial ones must be accompanied by the legal documents listed in the specifications.

All the tenders must be accompanied at the moment of their submission or at the submission deadline utmost by a submission bail in the name of the Algerian Company of the Electric Power Generation SPE Spa, with an amount of 100 000 € for the foreign companies and 10 000 000.00 DZD for the Algerian ones, emanate from an Algerian bank of first rate.

The tenderers keep bound to their technical- financial tenders for a period of 180 days as from the deadline of the tenders’ submissions.
