## Of the 2nd of Open National and Iinternational Tender With Minimum Capacity Requirements Nº 02 /ANF/DG/DSRMA/2024
The National Frequency Agency (ANF) informs all the bidders who participated in
the 2nd notice of open National and International Tender With Minimum Capacity
Requirements Nº 02/ANF/DG/DSRMA/2024 for the acquisition, installation
and bringing into use of NAVTEX transmission system, published in the
national daily newspapers "El Moudjahid" and "El Chaab" on April 23, 2025, and
on the BOMOP on May 03,2025 that this tender is declared unsuccessful by bids
opening and evaluation committee, in accordance with ANF's procedure for the
following reason. Non confirming Bide.
