Conformément aux dispositions de la réglementation des marchés applicables au groupe SONATRACH, la Société Nationale SONATRACH, Activité Transport Par Canalisation, Direction Télécommunications sise à la Zone Industrielle d’Arzew BP N°03-Arzew 31004 Wilaya d’Oran, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national et international ouvert N°03/TRC/TLC/TEC/ETT/22/NIN/INV, publié sur le BAOSEM N°2042 du 28/08/2022, portant sur :

 Acquisition, Installation et Mise en service d'un système de transmission via le support F.O OPGW GRTE SONELGAZ Boucle Nord », la société CHINA TELECOM CONSTRUCTION 3^rd ENGINEERING CO,LTD (CITCC-3) pour un montant totale en hors TVA de Cinq Cent Vingt-Deux Millions Cinquante-Neuf Mille Neuf Cent Dix Dinars Algériens (522 059 910,40 DZD En HTVA).

Critère de choix : le moins disant.

Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de la Direction Télécommunications dans un délai de Cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de parution du présent avis et comportant les informations suivantes :

-Les noms (prénoms), qualité, fonction, raison sociale et adresse du siège social du Soumissionnaire ;

-La référence et l'objet de l'appel d'offres ;

-un expose des motifs du recours, daté et signé, accompagné de toutes pièces justificatives.

Objet: Acquisition, Installation and Commissioning of a transmission system via the support F.O OPGW GRTE / SONELGAZ North Loop.

In accordance with the provisions of the regulations applicable to the SONATRACH Group, the SONATRACH National Company, Pipeline Transport Activity, Telecommunications Division located at the ARZEW BP N°03 -31004 Industrial Zone, informs all tenderers who have participated in the National and International Open tender for: “ Acquisition, Installation and Commissioning of a transmission system via the support F.O OPGW GRTE / SONELGAZ North Loop ”, Published in the BAOSEM N°2042 of the 28/08/2022, that:

 

The contract has been provisionally awarded to the CHINA TELECOM CONSTRUCTION 3^RD ENGINEERING CO, LTD (CITCC-3) for a total amount excluding value added tax Five Hundred Twenty-Two Million Fifty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ten Algerian Dinars and Forty cents (522 059 910,40 DZD excluding value added tax).

Criterion of choice: the lowest bidder.

Any tenderer contesting this choice may lodge an appeal with the Telecommunications Division within five (05) working days from the date of publication of this notice and containing the following information:
