The Company for Exceptional Handling and Transportation of Industrial and Electric Equipements, TRANSMEX JSC, issues a national and international open competitive tendering regarding :

Acquisition of : 01 off-road road crane of 90 Tons

Against the payment of 13.000,00 DZD to account TRANSMEX N°: 001 00637 0300 000 027 29 National Bank of Algeria (BNA) Agence Gué de Constantine Alger, or payment in cash at de la direction de l’administration et des finances de TRANSMEX (Department of Administration and Finance of TRANSMEX)

And 100, 00 EURO concerning foreign tenderers to account TRANSMEX N° 001 00 599 0 300 351 647 /04 open at National Bank of Algeria (BNA), located at: 08, Boulevard ERNESTO CHE-GUEVARA – Alger.

The specifications shall be handed over to only prospective tenderers which would like to participate in it or their duly authorized representatives.
Tenderers must direct, in single stage, drawn up separately, technical tender without price indication, and financial tender motioning the price.

The technical and financial tenders accompanied by the below documents must be handed over at the above address on March, 26th 2020 at 10:00 am :

* The specifications and convention duly complemented, initialed and signed in the bottom of each page,
* The company’s statutes,
* List of main managers and shareholders; executives and materials,
* Signing officer certificate relating to the person skill at committing the contract
* Commercial registration
* Balance sheet of the last three years,
* The income statements of the last three years,
* Fiscal and parafiscal certificates,
* References of the most important customers resorting to its services,
* The manager or the director general (first responsible) criminal record of the tenderer (for residents)

* The manufacturer ISO 9001 certificate,
During the tenders opening, tenderer’s representative may not, in any case, modify or complete the package bearing its technical tender only if he is duly authorized upon TRANMEX request.

The tenders opening session shall be public in the same day at the same timing.
All the tenders must be accompanied, during the tenders handing over by a tender bond in favour of TRANSMEX for an amount of :

* 1.000.000.00 DZD for resident tenderers
* 10.000.00 € for non-resident tenderers

Tenderers shall remain bound by their tenders for a period of 90 days as of the date of the tenders opening.
