The Algerian Company of the Electrical Power Generation SPE/Spa, issues a national and international open invitation to tender for:

Acquisition of 02 IC kits and the spare parts of the auxiliary turbine for the general revision of the two groups GT MS 6001B in the GT East Oran Central of he GT Unit Boutelilis.

The tenderers must address, in a single step, separately established, a technical offer, with no reference to the price, and a financial offer mentioning the price.

The technical offers as well the financial ones must be accompanied by the legal documents listed in the specifications.

The technical offers as well the financial ones, separately established, must be deposited, immediately, in a sealed double envelope at the address mentioned above, on May, 08th 2020 at 10h00 (Local Time).

The offers’ opening shall be public and take place on the same day at 10h30.

All the offers must be accompanied at the moment of their submission, or the technical offers’ submission deadline utmost, by a submission bail established in the name of la Société Algérienne de Production d'Electricité SPE/ Spa, with an amount og 4000 € for the foreign tenderers, and 400 000.00 DZD for the Algerian ones, emanate from an Algerian bank.

The tenderers tenderers keep engaged to their technical-financial offers for a period of 180 days as from the offers’ submission deadline.
