Offers submitted in accordance with the conditions set out in the specifications must be put in three sealed envelopes.

The offers’ opening session is public for tenderers who wish to attend, and will take place on the same day at: 11:00 a.m.

The tenderers must prepare their technical and financial offer within Thirty (30) Calendar Days as of the first day of publication of the invitation to tender.

Tenderers will remain committed to their offers for a period of 120 days as of the deadline for the offers’ opening.
