The Thermal Power Plant of Jijel issues a national and international open invitation to tender regarding:

 

Acquisition of 02 centrifugal moto-pumps, vertical with long shaft, for the power supply of the seawater desalination stations with the supply of spare parts for the Thermal Central of Jijel.

Against the presentation of payment voucher by bank transfer for an amount of two thousand dinars (DZD 2000) into account

N° 001 00671 0300 300 436/75 open at National Bank of Algeria (BNA) Jijel agency.

Tenderers must hand over, in single stage, technical tender and commercial tender; each one accompanied by the regulatory documents listed in specifications.

The technical tenders, in double sealed envelope, as well as the commercial tenders, must be submitted at the same time and in the same envelop at the following address:

OFFRE FINANCIERE – A NE PAS OUVRIR –

 

The technical tenders must contain the following original documents:

-The original copy of the technical tender drawn up in compliance with the specifications;

-The tender bond made out in favour of the client for an amount of four hundred thousand Algerian Dinars (400.000.00 DZD) concerning Algerian companies, and two thousand and five hundred Euros (2500 €) for the foreign ones, emanate of an Algerian bank.

-The technical tender letter drawn up in accordance with the specifications example;

-The company statute;

-Declaration for subscription (Déclaration à souscrire);

-Signing officer certificate relating to the person authorized to undertake the contract;

-Copy of the electronic trade register;

-Financial balance sheets of the last three years;

-Banking references;

-List of human and material resources;

-CNAS certificate;

-Assessment notice;

-Criminal record;

- Certificate of legal deposit of corporate accounts, for commercial companies with corporation under Algerian law;;

-Integrity declaration;

-Fiscal identification number (NIF) concerning national tenderers and foreign tenderers which have already worked in Algeria.

 

The commercial tenders must contain the following original documents:

-Commercial tender letter ;

-Unit prices slip;

-Integrity declaration;

-Commitment authority for the contract signatory;

 

The tenderers, which presented technical tenders responding to the client’s requirements, considered conformed to the conditions of the specifications, shall be invited immediately to present their commercial tenders in accordance with the conditions set in the specifications.

The presence of tenderers or their duly authorized representatives during the technical and commercial tenders opening session is compulsory.

Tenderers shall remain bound by their tenders for a period of 180 days as of the closing date for the tenders handing over.
