SONATRACH Plc, Exploration Production Activity / Production Division/ Supply and Transport Department, 08, Chemin du Réservoir Hydra, Algiers-Algeria, launches a National and International Open Call for Tenders, in one (01) step, for the:

 Acquisition of chemicals specific to the treatment of the production units and fields of the Regional Direction of de HAOUD BERKAOUI, EL GASSI, IN AMENAS and TFT.

Batch N°01 : 1200 drums of paraffine inhibitors intended for the HAOUD BERKAOUI Regional Direction

Batch N°02 : 3000 drums of corrosion inhibitors, intended to the Direction of EL GASSI.

Batch N°03 : 600 drums of depote inhibitors, intended to the Direction of EL GASSI.

Batch N°04 : 400 drums of oxygen reducer, intended to the Direction of EL GASSI.

Batch N°05 : 200 drums of Biocides for the IN AMENAS region.

Batch N°06 : 1200 drums of corrosion inhibitors Water, inteded to the TFT region

Very important :

- This call for tenders is intended for manufacturers and exclusive distributors of specialized chemical products in the field, having effective and efficient products following the conclusive results of industrial tests carried out at the level of the production units of the Regional Directorate of HAOUD BERKAOUI, EL

GASSI, IN AMENAS et TFT.

- Chemical manufacturers who do not yet have tested products may participate in this call for tenders, provided that they successfully pass the industrial on-site tests, in accordance with the internal approval procedure in force, attached in the Call for Tenders Document.

And no later than forty (40) calendar days before 3:00 p.m (local time)., from the first publication, in paper format, of this notice in the bulletin of calls for tenders for the energy and mining sector (BAOSEM), by any interested bidder against payment of a non-refundable amount of:

One hundred Euros (100 Euros), for foreign bidders.

Fifteen Thousand Five Hundred Dinars (15 500 DA), for Algerian tenderers.

“Technical Offer and Financial Offer – Confidential, do not open”

Bidders may submit, according to their choice, an offer for one or more batches. For this, the offers (technical and financial) for each batch must be submitted in separate envelopes (each batch in a separate envelope). Common documents that are valid for all batches can be submitted in a separate envelope.

Tenderers must submit one tender for each Batch.

The deadline for submitting bids is set at sixty (60) calandar days, before 3:00 p.m.(local time) from the first publication, in paper format, of this notice in the bulletin of calls for tenders for the energy and mining sector (BAOSEM).

In all cases, the receipt stamp of the order office of the Production Division will be authentic.

Any tender received after this deadline will be considered null and void.

If the last day of the deadline for submission of tenders coincides with a public holiday and/or a day of week-end ( friday & Saturday), bids will be submitted on the next working day.

Requests for clarification of the tender documents must be sent in writing to the Contracting Entity no later than days (10) before the deadline for submission of tenders.

Technical tenders shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee of:

- Twenty five thousand euros (25000€) for Batch N°02.

- Three Thousand euros (3000€) for Batch N°03

- Seventeen thousand euros (17000€) for Batch N°06.

The Algerian Tenderer: shall provide a Tender Bank Guarantee in the amount of :

Three Million Four Hundred Twenty Seven thousand Algerian Dinars (3 427 000 DA) for Batch N°01.

Three Million Seven Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Algerian Dinars (3 725 000 DA) for Batch N°02

Four Hundred Forty Seven thousand Algerian Dinars (447 000 DA) for Batch N°03

Two Hundred Ninety eight thousand Algerian Dinars (298 000 DA) for Batch N°04.

The period of validity of the bid bank guarantee is equal to that of the validity of the bids, which is one hundred and eighty (180) days from the deadline for submission of technical bids and increased by an additional period of thirty (30) calendar days

The bid guarantee can be submitted by interested tenderers on the day of opening of the technical tenders.

The envelopes containing the technical offers will be opened, in the presence of the representative(s) of the bidders who so wish, at the opening session.

The date, place and time will be specified by fax sent to all bidders who have withdrawn the Call for Tender documents.

The envelopes containing the financial offers will be opened in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend or their duly appointed representatives, which will take place on the date, at the time and at the address mentioned in the invitation, which will be sent only to the bidders whose technical offers declared to

comply with the requirements of the tender document (DAO).
