Against the presentation of a payment voucher by bank transfer to the National Bank of Algeria (BNA),located in Tadjenanet, Wilaya of Mila, Agency N° 833, into the account
N° 001008330300000154/33, for an amount of six thousand Algerian Dinars (6000DZD).

The bidders must address, in a single phase, separated, a technical bid, with no reference to the price, and a financial bid, mentioning the price.

Both the technical and financial bids must be accompanied with the required documents listed in the specifications.

The technical and financial bids, separated, must be submitted immediately, under double sealed envelope, at the address mentioned below, on July, 17th 2019 at 10h00(Local Time). The bids opening shall be public and take place on the same day at 10h00.

Every technical bid must be accompanied, at the submission moment or at the deadline utmost, by a bid bond in the name of La Société Algérienne de Production d’Electricité, with an amount of:

For the foreign suppliers: 60 000.00€
For the local supplier: 6 000 000.00 DZD

Tenderers keep bound to their technical financial bids for a period of 180days as from the date of the bids submissions.
