The Company of Pipeline Achievement, KANAGHAZ Spa- Procurement Directorate, issues a national and international invitation to tender, regarding:

Acquisition of 15 crawler tractors

This national and international invitation to tender concerns ONLY the companies that are specialized and own recognized references in the field, or their representatives and certified distributors.

Every tenderer interested in this invitation to tender may withdraw the specifications in return of the payment of an amount of 5000.00 DZ, and on presenting a conform certified copy of the trade register and a letter of the organism mandating the person to proceed to the withdrawal, nearby:

This invitation to tender shall be realized in a single phase. We require the interested tenderers to submit their technical and financial offers in the same time.

The technical and financial offers must be presented separately in 02 copies, each in the format precized in the specifications.

The technical, with no reference to the price, must contain all the documents listed in the specifications for the technical file, that are notably:

The subscription declaration

The submission bail

The proper technical offers in the format required in the specifications,

The financial offer must be formulated in the format required in the specifications, and must contain the required documents:

The submission letter,

The unit prices board,

The estimated and quantitative detail,

The external envelope containing the technical and financial, strictly anonymous, must carry only the following mention:

A NE PAS OUVRIR.

The offers’ submission deadline (technical and financial) to the Offers’ Opening Commission shall be on Thursday, January, 23rd 2020 at 10h30, at the head office of the Procurement Directorate, located at: Voie B- Zone Industrielle- Rouiba- Algiers.

The submission bail of the technically unadmitted tenderers and who do not introduce recourse shall be returned a day after the expiration of the regulatory recourse deadline.

The tenderers keep technically engaged to their offers for a period of 120 days as from the date of the offers’ opening.
