One (01) step process

The SONATRACH Company - Exploration-Production Activity - Regional Directorate of Hassi R’Mel,:

Acquisition of electrical spare parts from the brands ABB, Schneider, European and Japanese for the industrial units of the Hassi R’mel region

This call for tenders is divided into four (04) batches as follows:

Batch N° 1: Acquisition of ABB brand spare parts

Batch N° 2: Acquisition of Schneider Electric brand electrical spare parts

Batch N° 3: Acquisition of European electrical spare parts

Batch N° 4: Acquisition of Japanese electrical spare parts

Bidders have the possibility of submitting their offers for one or more batches on the same date of withdrawal of the tender folder and on the date of preparation and submission of offers.

Bidders must meet the following criteria:

Qualification criteria for bidders:

- To manufacture and/or market supplies similar to those requested and having at least three (03) years of experience in the field.

- Submit a list of the main supply contracts similar to those covered by this Call for Tenders Document executed over the last three (03) years.

- Have a solvent financial position, in particular to ensure the availability of sufficient liquidity to execute the contract without cash flow difficulties; justified by the presentation of balance sheets and reports for the last three (03) financial years certified by an auditor.

- A commitment to deliver exclusively original supplies, accompanied by manufacturer's warranty certificates.

Five Thousand Algerian Dinar (5 000,00 DZD) for National Bidders.

Under this invitation to tender, the technical offers, without any indication of price, and the financial offers must be submitted simultaneously and separately in two sealed envelopes contained in one envelope, to the following address:

The time limit for the withdrawal, preparation and submission of tenders is set at Sixty (60) Days, from the date of publication of this Notice of Invitation to Tender in the BAOSEM, unless an extension of time is granted, this overall delay is split as follows:

The deadline for the withdrawal of the Tender Document is Thirty (30) Days from the date of publication of the tender notice to BAOSEM.

The period devoted to the preparation and submission of tenders is Sixty (60) Days from the date of publication of the tender notice to BAOSEM.

In the event that the closing date coincides with a legal day of rest folds can be dropped the next business day

The eligibility conditions are those indicated in Section 2, points IS 1.5, 7.2 and 7.2.2.2.h of the Tender Documents

The Technical Offer is Guarantee (obligatory) of original submission

For Bidders of Algerian Right:

Batch N°01: One Million Tow Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (1 200 000.00 DA)

Batch N°02: One Million Nine Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (1 900 000.00 DA)

Batch N°03: One Million Algerian Dinars (1 000 000.00)

Batch N°04: Three Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (300 000.00 DA)

For bidders of foreign Right:

Batch N°01: Nine Thousand Euros (9 000,00 €)

Batch N°02: Fourteen Thousand Euros (14 000,00 €)

Batch N°03: Seven Thousand Five Hundred Euros (7 500,00 €)

Batch N°04: Two Thousand Two Hundred Euros (2 200,00 €)

The validity of this deposit is One Hundred and Eighty (180) days from the date of opening of the bids containing the technical offers, with an additional duration of Thirty (30) days.

The original of the tender guarantee may be given to the tender opening committee, during the tender opening session, by the Tenderer or his duly authorized representative. Any guarantee of the offer in the form of a check will be systematically rejected.

Candidates may send their tenders by post or hand them in by hand to the Regional Office of Hassi- R’mel (General Order Office), no later than 18 :00 on the last day of submission of the Offers.

The envelopes containing the technical offers will be opened in presence of the bidders representatives who wishes to attend, during the bid opening session which to be held at The Administrative Complex, Regional Directorate of Hassi R’mel, (the date of the session will be communicated to bidders who had withdrawing the Tender Folder, by means of (Fax / Mail).

The envelopes containing the financial bids will be opened and examined in the presence of bidders wishing to attend or their duly designated representatives, during the session of opening and evaluation of financial bids, which to be held on the date, time and address to be mentioned in the invitation, addressed exclusively to bidders who had submitted technical bids deemed compliant with the requirements of the tender folder.

Bidders will remain committed by their offer for a period of One Hundred and Eighty (180) days, from the deadline for receiving offers.

Legal or natural persons registered on the SONATRACH blacklisted, or whose sanction is currently valid, are excluded from this notice.
