SONATRACH Spa, Exploration - Production Activity, Production Division, Supply and Transport Department located at 08, Chemin du Reservoir Hydra Algiers - Algeria, launches an Open National and International Invitation to Tender, in one (01) single stage, for:

And no later than Forty (40) days from the first publication, in paper format, of this notice in the bulletin of calls for tenders in the energy and mining sector (BAOSEM), by any interested candidate, upon presentation a copy of the commercial register and against payment of a non-refundable amount of:

Fifty Euro (50,00 Euro), for foreign bidders.

Eight Thousand Dinars (8000,00 DA), for tenderers under Algerian law.

Payment will be made in the name of the candidate and by transfer/payment to the bank account of Sonatrach/DP - N°002 00005 050 32 64 125 56 – Agence BEA, Djenane El Malik – Hydra.

Proof of payments relating to the withdrawal of the Call for Tenders file (Bank advice / Cash payment slip) must be drawn up in the name of the tenderer.

The One-step bidding mode applies to this Call for Tenders.

Under this call for tenders, the technical offers, without any indication of price and the financial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained in the same outer envelope, to the address:

No later than Sixty (60) days, before 3:00 p.m. from the first publication

If the last day of the deadline for submission of tenders coincides with a public holiday, the date will be postponed to the next working day.

The technical offers are accompanied by a bid guarantee of:

The Foreign Bidder: will set up a Bid bank guarantee in the amount of:

Thirty Thousand (30 000,00) euros

The Bidder under Algerian law: will put in place a bank guarantee for the Bid in the amount of:

Five Million (5 000 000,00) Dinars Algériens

The period of validity of the bid bank guarantee is equal to that of the offers with an additional period of Thirty (30) calendar days.

The bid guarantee can be submitted by interested candidates on the day of the opening of the bids for the technical offers.

The bids containing the technical offers will be opened, in the presence of the representative(s) of the bidders who so wish, at the opening session.

The date, place and time will be specified by fax sent to all tenderers who have withdrawn the Call for Tenders file.

The envelopes containing the financial offers will be opened in the presence of the tenderers who wish to attend or of their duly designated representatives, which will take place on the date, at the time and at the address mentioned in the invitation, which will be sent only to tenderers whose technical offers have been declared to comply with the requirements of the DAO.

Tenderers will remain committed to their offers for a period of One Hundred and Twenty (120) Days plus an additional period of Thirty (30) Calendar days. This period begins to run from the date of opening of the bids containing the technical offers, and equal to the period of validity of the offers.
