NOTICE OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN CALL FOR TENDERS

N° 01/TRC/MNT/APP/2023

The Sonatrach Company, Pipeline Transport Activity, Maintenance Division, Supply Department, B.P 08 Sidi-Arcine - Baraki, Algiers, is launching an Open National and International Invitation to Tender N° 01/TRC/MNT/APP/2023, for :

Acquisition of heavy vehicles in two (02) lots :

LOT 1 : 20 ADF 18 M3 sewer trucks.

LOT 2 : 02 workshop trucks for valve calibration

The Bidder may bid for one or two lots.

The one (01) single stage submission mode applies to this Call for Tenders.

The Tender Dossier may be withdrawn from the address mentioned above, by any interested candidate, against payment of a non-refundable amount of Ten Thousand (10,000.00) Algerian Dinars for tenderers under Algerian law or One Hundred (100.00) Euros for bidders under foreign law.

Payment will be made by transfer to the bank account IBAN N° 002 000 05 05032 64 124 59- SWIFT: BEXADZALA 005, opened with the External Bank of Algeria (BEA) Agency Site SH - Djenane El Malik Hydra- Algiers (16000) Algeria.

Tenderers interested in this Call for Tenders must send to the following email address:

The payment voucher as well as the copy of the electronic commerce register containing the function code.

The payment receipt must bear the references of the DAO to be withdrawn and must bear the name or company name of the tenderer.

Upon receipt of the payment voucher and the copy of the trade register by SONATRACH on the email address mentioned above, the DAO will be sent to the tenderer.

The deadline for withdrawing the Tender Dossier is set at Thirty (30) calendar days from the publication of this notice in the BAOSEM energy and mining sector tender bulletin, paper format.

Under this call for tenders, the technical offers, without any indication of price and the financial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained in the same envelope, to the address indicated above, no later than 45 days from the publication of this notice in the BAOSEM energy and mining sector tender bulletin, paper format.

Any submission received after this period will be considered null and void, the stamp of receipt from the SONATRACH/TRC Head Office office serving as proof.

The technical offers are accompanied by a bid guarantee of:

• LOT 1:

Ten Million Algerian Dinars (10,000,000.00 DA) for tenderers under Algerian law or Seventy thousand Euros (€70,000.00) for tenderers under foreign law.

• LOT 2:

One Million Five Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (1,500,000.00 DA) for tenderers under Algerian law or Twelve Thousand Euros (€12,000.00) for tenderers under foreign law.

The period of validity of the submission is equal to the period of validity of the offers.

The bid guarantee can be submitted by interested candidates on the day of the opening of the bids for the technical offers.

The bids will be opened in the presence of the representative(s) of the bidders who so wish at the public opening session which will take place at the address indicated above, no later than Ten (10) days after the deadline for submission of offers.

Bidders will remain committed to their bid for a period of One Hundred and Fifty (150) days from the date of opening of bids.

Any request for clarification relating to this call for tenders must be sent at least Ten (10) days before the deadline for submission of tenders to the address below:
