The SONATRACH Company, Exploration & Production Activity, Drilling Division, Mud logging Direction, located in Hassi Messaoud, Ouargla Algeria (30500), launches a notice National and International Open Request for Tender in Single Step for:

“Acquisition of Parameter Sensors and Spare Parts Mud Logging”

The tenderers interested in the present notice of call to tender can withdraw the specifications upon publication by the Bulletin of the call for Tender of the Sector of the Energy and Mines (BAOSEM) at the structure of procurement at one of the two (02) following addresses:

Withdrawals will be every day of the week, from 07:30 to 11:30 and from 13:30 to 18:30.

Withdrawals will be Sunday through Thursday from 9:00 to 11:00 and 13:30 to 15:00.

The withdrawal will be daily as mentioned above, against presentation of a documentary evidence of payment of Ten Thousand Algerian Dinar (10 000 DA) for the national incorporated tenderers, and One Hundred Twenty US Dollars (120 $ US) or One Hundred Euro (100 €) for the foreign incorporated tenderers.

The tenderers shall forward their Technical and Financial Offers in Single step. The technical and financial offers must be simultaneously submitted.

No modification of the technical offer or the financial offer will be accepted after the deadline of delivery of the offers.

To protect the integrity of the process, the technical offer and the financial offer, constituting the tender, must be handed in internal sealed envelope, placed in a single sealed anonymous envelope and carrying the requested indications, handed by carrier or express delivery to the following address:

The internal envelope has to contain the logo and the company name of the tenderer. In addition, it should contain the offers as well as all the administrative documents, fiscal and parafiscal taxation documents required in the present Specifications, dated, initialed and as the case may be, informed.

The outside envelope must be anonymous and should contain the following mention:

The deadline of the receipt of the offers is sixty (60) days starting from the publication date of the present notice in the BAOSEM.

No other date will be taken in consideration.

Any tender received after this deadline will be considered as invalid.

The opening of the offers will be held in public to which will be invited the tenderers or their representatives duly appointed.

The tenderers will remain engaged by their offers during a duration of One Hundred Fifty (150) days from the opening date of the technical offers, with an extra Thirty (30) days extension if required

The technical offers shall be accompanied by a bond of tender of One Millions Algerian Dinars (1 000 000, 00 DA) for Algerian right bidders and Eight Thousand Euros (8 000 €) or Ten Thousand USD (10 000 $ US) for foreign right tenderers.

The duration of validity of the bond will be of One Hundred Fifty (150) days with an extension of Thirty (30) days from the date of opening of technical offers.

The Bidding Documents will be delivered only to the duly authorized person upon presentation of the following documents:
•Receipt for payment issued by the BEA bank, withdrawal fees of the Bidding Document;
•Copy of the original of the Trade Register or equivalent document.
