That the deadline for withdrawal of the Tender File is extended to September, 10^th 2025, and that the deadline of requests for Technical Clarifications, on the Tender File, is extended to   September, 20^th 2025.

Also, that the deadline for submission of Technical and Financial bids, initially fixed to August, 29^th 2025, is extended to September, 30^th 2025.
