NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN INVITATION TO TENDER

N° 133/DVL/DAP/2024

The National Company for Pipelines (ENAC/spa) issues a national and international open invitation to tender, regarding:

Acquisition of rolling stock, divided into four (04) batches:

-Batch No. 01: Acquisition of five (05) fuel tanker trucks 4x4 with a capacity of 10 to 12 m³.

- Batch No. 02: Acquisition of five (05) dump trucks 6x4 with a payload greater than or equal to 20 Tons.

- Batch No. 03: Acquisition of three (03) lubrication station trucks 4 x4.

- Batch No. 04: Acquisition of three (03) mixer trucks 6x6.

The specification may be withdrawn at : Direction Juridique (Bureau n°12) ENAC/Spa-132, Rue de Tripoli-Hussein Dey -Alger (Algeria), by any interested tenderer, in return of the payment of a non-repayable amount of DZD, upon the presentation of an authorization letter (power of attorney or proxy) bearing the tender subject and an authenticated copy of the commercial registration, and an information form duly sealed and signed by the first responsible of the tendering company, filled in by the following information: the company’s name, quality, E-mail, phone/ Fax numbers.

The closing date for the specifications’ withdrawal is Five (05) days before the tenders’ submission deadline.

Concerning the present invitation to tender, the technical offers, without price indication must be handed in one envelope bearing the mention:

Acquisition de matériels roulants, répartis en quatre (04) lots :

-Lot n°01 : Acquisition de cinq (05) camions citerne carburant 4x4 avec capacité de 10 à 12 m3.

-Lot n°02 : Acquisition de cinq (05) camions à benne 6x4 d’une charge utile supérieure ou égale à 20 Tonnes.

-Lot n°03 : Acquisition de trois (03) camions station de graissage 4 x4.

-Lot n°04 : Acquisition de trois (03) camions malaxeur 6x6.

On December 19^th, 2024 at 10h00 utmost, in all cases, the acknowledgement receipt of the General Courier Service (BOG) of ENAC makes valid.

The financial tenders are accompanied by a submission bail, whose validity duration is equal to the tender’s validity duration, which is 120 days with an additional deadline of 30 calendar days.

This submission bail must be enclosed with the technical tender envelope.

The envelopes containing the technical offers shall be opened in the presence of the tenderers’ representatives who would like to attend to the opening session that shall take place at the address:

ENAC/Spa-132, Rue de Tripoli-Hussein-Dey-Alger-Algérie

On December 19^th, 2024 at 10h15.

The financial tenders’ envelopes shall be opened and examined in the presence of the tenderers who wish to attend it or their duly appointed representatives during the financial tenders opening and examination session which shall take place at the date, timing and address mentioned in the invitation which shall be addressed to only the tenderers whose technical tenders are declared conformed to the specifications’ requirements.

The tenderers remain bound to their tenders for a period of 120 calendar days as from the date of the tenders’ submission.
