The National Company for Drilling “E.NA.FOR/SPA”, the contracting structure: the Provisions and Stock management Direction issues a national and international invitation to tender, concerning:

The acquisition of SHACKLES and CHAIN SHACKLES

The tenderers who are interested in this invitation to tender, except those showing on the blacklist, may withdraw the specifications nearby: DEPARTEMENT PASSATION DES MARCHES- SIEGE DES OPERATIONS BASE IRARA ENAFOR HASSI MESSAOUD -W- OUARGLA, in return of a payment voucher with an amount of 4.500DZD for the Algerian tenderers, and 80USD for the foreign ones, in ENAFOR account,                    N° 002 000 3535 047 61 088 Clé 13, open at the External Bank of Algeria (BEA), Agency of Hassi Messaoud (Ouargla).

The tenders constituting the submission, accompanied by the original copy of the submission bail, must be submitted at the address mentioned above, under a sealed double envelope with the following mentions on the external envelope:
